Products and Services
Midimodes sells access to an online guitar course made up of written lessons, diagrams, practice plans and printable handouts, together with a browser-based ear-training tool. Access is delivered digitally — see our Refund Policy for details.
License to Use the Course
When you purchase the course, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to view the lessons and print the handouts for your own study. You may not copy, redistribute, resell or share the course materials or your account access, whether for free or for payment.
Accounts
You’re responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
Payment
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and are subject to change without notice for future purchases.
Prohibited Use
You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to disrupt its operation, or infringe on the intellectual property rights of MidiModes LLC or others.
Limitation of Liability
The site and products are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. MidiModes LLC is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products.
